Troubleshooting hub

Fix the most common issues without waiting for staff.

Inject failed / game not found

Launch BloodStrike first, then krnl → Launch
Run game and launcher from same drive (avoid weird paths)
Close other cheats / overlays
Restart PC and try again
Check status — API may be updating

Invalid / expired key

Copy full key from SellApp email (no spaces)
Use /myorder in Discord with email + order ID
Expired keys need a new purchase — see refunds

HWID / new PC

Keys lock to one machine on first redeem
Open Discord ticket for HWID reset (limited)
Enable spoof before relaunch if you were banned

Menu not opening (INSERT)

Confirm inject succeeded in launcher console
Click game window so it has focus
Re-inject after game fully loads into lobby

Payload / download errors

Check internet & antivirus (allow GameOverlay.exe)
Re-download launcher from official page
