Refund Policy

Keys are delivered instantly by SellApp. Because digital keys cannot be “returned,” refunds are limited.

Eligible

• Duplicate charge / paid twice
• Webhook failed — you paid but received no key (we can verify in SellApp)
• Key never worked and support could not fix within 48h

Not eligible

• Key already redeemed on a PC (time started)
• Game ban (use spoof + at your own risk)
• Changed mind after receiving key
• Chargebacks without contacting support first

How to request

Open a ticket in Discord with order ID + email. Allow up to 72 hours for review.
