FAQ
Quick answers before you buy or open a ticket.
When does my key time start?
When you redeem in the launcher on your PC — not at purchase. Buy today, play later.
Can I use one key on two PCs?
No. Keys lock to one HWID. Contact Discord support for a limited HWID reset if you changed PC.
Where is my key after purchase?
SellApp emails it and shows it on your order page. Use /myorder in Discord with email + order ID.
Is krnl a virus?
Download only from buykrnl.wtf. We don’t bundle stealers. Free cheats from random sites are the real risk.
What is HWID spoof?
Changes hardware identifiers before launch so bans don’t stick to your PC. Built into krnl — enable in launcher Settings.
Inject failed / game not found?
See troubleshooting. Run BloodStrike first, then Launch in krnl.
Refunds?
See our refund policy. Keys delivered instantly — contact support if webhook failed.
